1. Abbreviations and Definitions
allO - allO Technology GmbH
DOA - Dead on Arrival — a product that is defective or non-functional upon delivery and reported within 14 days of receipt
RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization — a process by which defective products are approved for replacement
POS - Point of Sale
Customer - The original purchaser or authorized user of the hardware product from allO Technology GmbH
2. Introduction
This Limited Hardware Warranty ("Warranty") is issued by allO Technology GmbH ("allO", "we", "us", or "our") to the original purchaser or authorized user ("Customer", "you", or "your") of eligible hardware products. This Warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which allO provides warranty service for hardware products sold directly to Customers.
This Warranty is offered solely by allO Technology GmbH and does not rely on or transfer any warranty offered by third parties. This Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing by allO Technology GmbH.
3. Warranty Coverage
Subject to the terms and limitations set forth herein, allO warrants that the following hardware products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration specified below.
The Warranty Period begins on the date the product is delivered to the Customer, as evidenced by a delivery receipt, tracking number, or confirmed handover record.
“DOA Only” means the item is only eligible for warranty coverage if reported as defective within 14 calendar days of delivery.
4. What Is Covered
This Warranty covers product failure or malfunction due to:
Manufacturing defects or material failures,
Non-functional or DOA units,
Hardware that ceases to function under normal, intended usage within the applicable Warranty Period,
Tampered terminal devices, if the device is disabled due to a tamper error and reported accordingly.
Important: Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches or scuffs) and battery wear are not considered defects unless they significantly impact product functionality.
5. Remedies
If a product is confirmed to be defective under this Warranty, allO will provide a replacement only.
Repairs are not offered under any circumstances.
Replacements may be either:
A brand-new device, or
A refurbished unit that has been cleaned, tested for full functionality, reset to factory condition, and may show minor cosmetic wear or reduced battery capacity.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
This Warranty does not cover any issues resulting from the following:
6.1 Gross Negligence
Tampering, unauthorized disassembly or modification;
Liquid damage or extreme temperature exposure;
Physical abuse such as drops, crushing, or forced impact;
Use of non-approved accessories.
Non-approved Accessories: Any cable, charger, power adapter, mount, stand, or peripheral not supplied by allO Technology GmbH or not certified as compatible by allO for the specific product.
6.2 Environmental and Physical Damage
Physical damage such as broken screens, cosmetic cracks, or water/liquid ingress due to accidents or misuse;
Environmental damage caused by high external voltage, lightning strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events;
Improper transportation, storage, or handling inconsistent with the product’s user manual.
6.3 Unauthorized Repairs and Software Issues
Any repairs or modifications carried out by the Customer or third parties without written authorization from allO Technology GmbH;
Software-related problems arising from unauthorized app installations, virus/malware attacks, or data loss caused by private flashing or system modifications.
6.4 Other Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and surface blemishes that do not affect performance;
Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, paper rolls, screen protectors) unless reported as Dead on Arrival (DOA);
Loss, theft, or accidental damage not caused by a manufacturing defect;
Product malfunctions due to use outside of the manufacturer’s intended purpose or in combination with incompatible software or hardware. allO reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the cause of malfunction falls under warranty coverage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To request a replacement under this Warranty, the Customer must:

Provide:
The serial number of the product,
A photo or video clearly showing the issue,
A brief explanation of how the issue occurred or was discovered.
Proof of purchase is not required. Warranty replacement will not proceed until the requested information is received in full.
7.1 Troubleshooting First
Before issuing a replacement, allO will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Customers are expected to follow basic troubleshooting steps with the assistance of an allO support representative. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a replacement will be authorized.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
allO’s liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the original purchase price of the product;
allO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, or lost revenue;
This Warranty is provided in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on liability. In such cases, portions of this clause may not apply. To the extent that any provision in this Warranty conflicts with local laws, such local laws shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
10. Addendum A: Definitions
“Gross Negligence”: Severe or reckless disregard for the appropriate care and use of the product, such as misuse, unauthorized repairs, or operation in damaging environments.
“DOA (Dead on Arrival)”: A product that fails to function or arrives visibly damaged upon delivery and is reported within 14 calendar days of receipt.
“Refurbished”: A product that has been restored to working condition by allO or its authorized partners. It may contain used components and show signs of prior use but meets all functional and safety standards.
“Non-Approved Accessories”: Any cable, charger, power adapter, mount, stand, or peripheral not supplied by allO or not explicitly approved for use with the product.
