Learn how to log into your allO Go device, connect or change Wi-Fi networks, and switch between user accounts.
These steps ensure your terminal stays connected and ready for smooth daily operations.

Step-by-Step Guide

Logging In

  1. On the login screen, enter your email address or phone number.

  2. You’ll receive a six-digit verification code by email or SMS.

  3. Enter the code to log in to your account.

Setting Up or Changing Wi-Fi

  1. Tap the top menu bar and open Device Settings.

  2. Enter the Admin PIN: 07139.

  3. Select Wi-Fi Network and connect to a new network.

  4. You can also adjust:

    • Language settings

    • Display brightness and appearance

    • Device information

Switching Between Accounts

  1. Create or use a 6-digit PIN for your account.

  2. Tap the account icon (top left) to switch accounts or add a new one.

  3. Select your account and log in using your PIN.

💡 Tip:
Each user can have their own PIN for fast and secure access on the allO Go device.
