Receipt Printer Setup

Connect your Wi-Fi receipt printer to your restaurant network using the allO Go app.
This setup allows receipts to print wirelessly from your POS system.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Prepare Your Printer and App

   • Make sure your Wi-Fi printer is powered on.

   • Open the allO Go app on your device.

2. Activate Printer Setup Mode

   • Turn the printer around and press the black “SET” button for 2–3 seconds.

   • Release it — the printer will print a small receipt with a QR code.

3. Scan and Configure

   • In the app, select Print Configuration.

   • Scan the QR code printed from the printer.

   • Enter your Wi-Fi network password when prompted.

4. Connect to Wi-Fi

   • When asked to join the Wi-Fi network, confirm to proceed.

   • The printer will connect automatically.

5. Confirm Connection

   • Once connected, the printer prints another receipt showing:

     • Wi-Fi name

     • IP address

     • Signal strength

   • Your printer is now successfully connected.

💡 Tip:
Make sure the printer and the allO Go device are on the same Wi-Fi network for smooth printing.
