  • Share

Learn how to use the Kitchen Monitor to process orders, change statuses, and print tickets. New orders appear in gray and can be managed through statuses like In Preparation, Served, or Cancelled. You can enable or skip specific steps, set up printing rules, and handle all kitchen operations digitally — no paper needed.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Kitchen Monitor → view all active orders.

  2. New orders appear shaded in gray.

  3. Track status: New, In Preparation, Served, Cancelled.

  4. Go to Settings to adjust or skip status steps.

  5. Choose whether to print cancelled items and select the printer.

  6. Each order appears as a virtual ticket (e.g., Table 9, Order #310).

  7. To move to the next stage → tap the order or individual items.

  8. To print, tap the print icon and choose:

    • Print the whole order,

    • Print a specific course,

    • Or print selected dishes.

  9. When an order is complete → move it to the next step → it disappears from active orders.
