How to place an order

Learn how to take and send dine-in orders directly from your allO Go device.
This process ensures drinks go to the bar and meals to the kitchen automatically.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Dine-In Area

   • On the home screen, select Dine In.

   • Tap the table you want to order for.

2. Start an Order

   • The menu opens automatically.

   • Add drinks and food items to the order.

3. Send the Order

   • Once all items are selected, tap Order.

   • The system automatically routes:

     • Drinks → Bar printer

     • Food → Kitchen printer

💡 Tip:
You can keep adding more items to the same table order anytime during the meal.
