Understanding Dine-In Views and Properties
Learn how to use and customize the different Dine-In views in your floor plan — including Flow View, Floor Plan View, and List View — and how to display table properties such as duration, total, and number of items.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Selecting the View Mode
Open the Dine-In area.
At the top-right corner, choose between:
Flow View – tile-based layout showing active tables.
Floor Plan View – graphical layout of your restaurant.
List View – tabular list of open orders.
On mobile devices, only Flow View and List View are available (the Floor Plan is not supported due to screen size).
2. Filtering by Table Properties
In the Dine-In view, open the filter menu.
You can display specific table properties, such as:
Duration – how long guests have been seated.
Items – number of ordered dishes/drinks.
Amount – total value of the order.
Progress – status of the table.
Tables with groups (e.g., community tables) will show multiple sub-groups such as Table 1:01, Table 1:02, etc.
3. Customizing the Display
Combine multiple properties — for example:
Duration + Items (default)
Amount + Items
Duration + Total Amount
Example: Table 14 – €56.00 – 4 items
Shows both total sales and number of dishes.
💡 Tip:
Adjust visible properties based on your needs — management can use totals for performance tracking, while waitstaff may prefer to see time and order progress.
