Add new staff members such as waiters, managers, or accountants to your restaurant and manage their access permissions.
You can invite users via email or phone number and assign roles or custom permissions.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open Team Management

  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Management.

  2. You’ll see a list of all users with access to your restaurant, including their roles and permissions.

Invite a New Team Member

  1. Click Invite.

  2. Choose whether to invite by email address or phone number.

  3. Enter the required information (at least one: email or phone).

Select a Role

  1. Choose a role such as Manager, Waiter, Accountant, or Driver.

  2. Managers have full permissions by default.

  3. For custom roles, you can toggle individual permissions on or off.

Send Invitation

  1. After selecting the role and entering the contact details, click Save and Invite.

  2. The person will receive:

    • an email invitation, if added via email, or

    • an SMS notification, if added via phone.

User Login

  1. New users can log in at app.allo.restaurant using the invited email or phone number.

  2. They’ll be asked to confirm basic details (name and contact info).

Editing Existing Permissions

  1. In the Management section, find the team member.

  2. Click their name → More → Update Permissions.

  3. Adjust access rights and click Save to apply changes.

💡 Tip:
Invite all relevant team members (waiters, managers, accountants, or delivery staff) for smoother restaurant operations and clear role-based access.
